Accessibility Statement

ArzyNet is committed to making its website usable for everyone, including people with disabilities. Here is where we are, what we are working on, and how to tell us about problems.

Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment

We aim to meet or exceed the W3C’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

What We Have Built In

  • Semantic HTML throughout, with proper heading hierarchy;
  • Skip-to-main-content link at the top of every page;
  • Keyboard navigation for all interactive elements, with visible focus outlines;
  • Alt text on all meaningful images;
  • Sufficient color contrast between text and background;
  • No reliance on color alone to convey information;
  • Responsive layout that works on mobile, tablet, and desktop;
  • Reduced-motion support for users who prefer less animation;
  • Print styles for easy printing of guides.

Known Limitations

We are still working on:

  • Full captions on client testimonial videos (we aim to have transcripts attached by Q1 2027);
  • A dark mode option for people who prefer it;
  • Keyboard shortcuts for common navigation actions.

How To Report A Problem

If you run into something inaccessible — a page you can’t read, a form you can’t submit, a link that doesn’t make sense to your screen reader — please email [email protected] with the URL and a short description. We take accessibility feedback seriously and typically fix issues within 10 business days.

Alternative Formats

If you need any ArzyNet content in a format other than the website — large print, plain text, braille — email us and we’ll do our best to provide it.
