Notice And Takedown

If you own copyright in content and you believe that content has been copied onto arzynet.com in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please send us a written DMCA takedown notice.

What Your Notice Must Include

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner (or someone authorized to act for them).
  2. A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. A clear description of where on arzynet.com the allegedly infringing material is located (URL, section, screenshot).
  4. Your contact information — full legal name, mailing address, telephone, and email.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Where To Send Your Notice

By email: [email protected] with “DMCA Notice” in the subject line.
By post: ArzyNet, Attn: DMCA Agent, 4323 Blossom Ln, Prince Frederick, Maryland 20678, United States.

What Happens Next

If the notice is valid, we will remove or disable access to the content as quickly as reasonably possible, and notify the person who posted it (if different). We will also keep a copy of the notice for our records.

Counter-Notice

If content you posted has been taken down and you believe the takedown was mistaken (fair use, licensed material, etc.), you may send a counter-notice containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material removed and its original location.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone, email, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the US District Court for the District of Maryland.

We may then restore the material unless the original complainant files legal action.

Repeat Infringers

Users who repeatedly infringe copyrights will have their access terminated and, where appropriate, reported.

False Claims

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, knowingly submitting a false notice may result in liability for damages. Please check the facts before filing.
