Email is the fastest. We open our inbox first thing every morning Eastern Time and reply the same business day. For the quickest reply, tell us in your first message what you want help with and any deadline you’re racing.

We serve clients across all 50 US states and work primarily by email and video call. In-person meetings at our Maryland office are available by appointment only.
Office hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time. We don’t take weekend meetings — because we want ours too — but urgent emails sent on weekends get a reply by Monday morning.

What To Include In Your First Message
A short message is fine. If you can cover these points, it saves a round-trip:
- Which of the three services you’re interested in, or which decision is in front of you.
- If it’s a firm or offer audit: the firm’s name, how they contacted you, and whether a deadline is being used to pressure you.
- Any dollar figures only if you’re comfortable sharing them — we don’t need exact numbers to decide if the work is worth doing.
- How you prefer to communicate (email only, email + video call, phone).
