2. Information We Collect
We collect only what we need to do the work you ask us to do, plus the minimum needed to keep the website running.
- Contact details you give us voluntarily — your name, email, and anything you write in a message or contact form.
- Project details — the information you choose to share so we can prepare your plan, run an audit, or deliver a course. You control what to share.
- Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, referrer, pages visited) kept for 30 days for security purposes.
- Analytics data — anonymized visitor counts, kept so we understand which guides are useful. Set your browser Do Not Track if you’d rather not be counted.
3. What We Do Not Collect
- Social Security numbers.
- Credit card numbers (payment is processed by a PCI-compliant third party; we see only the confirmation).
- Bank account passwords or logins — we never ask.
- Third-party tracking data for advertising. We don’t run ads.
4. How We Use Your Information
Strictly to do the work you’ve asked us to do, to reply to your messages, to send you the deliverables you’ve paid for, and to meet our legal and tax obligations. That’s all.
5. Who We Share It With
Nobody, except:
- Our payment processor (to charge the fee you agreed to);
- Our email provider (to send and receive messages);
- Government authorities when required by law or valid court order.
We never sell, rent, trade, or share your details with marketers, data brokers, or anyone else.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your state, you may have the right to request access to the information we hold on you, to request corrections, to request deletion, or to opt out of certain processing. California residents have specific rights under the CCPA/CPRA. To exercise any right, email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
7. Data Retention
Project files are kept for 7 years after handover, as required for US business records. After that, they are securely destroyed. Server logs are kept for 30 days. Marketing lists? We don’t have any.
8. Security
All project data is kept in access-controlled encrypted storage. Email is transmitted over TLS. For particularly sensitive documents, we use end-to-end encrypted channels we’ll set up when needed.
9. Children
Our services are for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it immediately.
10. Changes To This Policy
If this policy changes materially, we’ll update the “Last updated” date and, for active clients, email you. Keep reading this page to see the current version.
